Privacy Policy

Information you provide

• Account details — full name, username, email address, phone number, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Player profile (optional) — bio, avatar image, eFootball ID, preferred platform, and location fields you choose to add.
• Team and tournament activity — teams you create or join, tournament registrations, match results you submit or confirm, and any disputes you raise.
• Moderation reports — if you report another user, team, or piece of content, we store the reason and any details you provide, along with your identity as the reporter (visible to administrators reviewing the report, never to the reported party).

Information collected automatically

Our servers log standard technical request metadata (IP address, request timestamps, and similar) for security and troubleshooting purposes. Sensitive fields (passwords, authentication tokens, session cookies) are explicitly excluded from our logs.

How we use your information

• To operate your account, teams, and tournament participation.
• To send transactional email you've triggered — email verification, tournament registration decisions, results, and dispute notifications. We do not send marketing email.
• To review reports and enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• To maintain platform security and diagnose technical issues.

Service providers who process data on our behalf

We use the following infrastructure providers, each processing only what's necessary for their function:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — sends our transactional email (Amazon SES) and stores encrypted off-host database backups (Amazon S3). AWS does not use this data for its own purposes.
• Sentry — error monitoring, so we can detect and fix bugs. Sentry does not receive passwords, authentication tokens, or payment information — our integration explicitly excludes them.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account deleted, contact us using the details below — some records (e.g. tournament results, moderation history) may be retained in an anonymized or minimal form where needed for competition integrity or legal reasons.

You can update most of your profile information directly from your account. To request a copy of your data, or to request deletion, contact us using the details below.
