Terms of Service

Platform purpose

eConnect lets players and teams register for tournaments, report and confirm match results, track rankings, and follow competitive news. It is not a marketplace, payment platform, or gambling service — no real-money transactions of any kind currently take place on eConnect.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must be old enough to lawfully use the platform in your jurisdiction. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent moderation, suspension, or tournament rules is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or organizers.
• Submit false, fabricated, or manipulated tournament results.
• Abuse the reporting or moderation system, including filing knowingly false reports.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or to eConnect's systems.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising.

Tournament participation and result integrity

Registering a team or participating in a tournament means you agree to that tournament's own published rules and to report match results honestly. Organizers and administrators may review, dispute, or overturn results found to be inaccurate or fraudulently reported. Repeated or serious result-integrity violations may result in suspension.

Moderation and suspension

eConnect operates a report-and-review moderation system. Administrators may review reported content or behavior, and may suspend accounts found to violate these Terms or acceptable-use rules. Suspension decisions are made by human review, not automatically. See our Community Guidelines for the specific conduct standards moderation is based on.

Prohibited conduct

Any attempt to disrupt platform availability (including automated abuse, scraping at volume, or attacks on our infrastructure) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Service availability

eConnect is provided on an "as available" basis during this controlled beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change, be added, or be removed as the platform develops.

Termination

You may stop using eConnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Where practical, we will explain the reason for a suspension.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops, particularly as new features are added. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
